Why is the pressure drop of hot water in my kitchen?
I moved to a new home. In the kitchen, where you run the water faucet heat and hot water starts coming through, the pressure decreases gradually so that finally it was just a trickle. You should continue to turn the valve more to counter it. On the floor is great, but only happens in the kitchen faucet. The heating system is a ventilation system with storage tank on the floor and kitchen boiler. The new house is built, so that all valves in heating, health etc are new.
It is likely that the washer in the faucet Cooking is a failure. Try to replace. Newly built or not – if the washer and O-ring inside the valve is loose will cause the symptoms you describe.
